As Israel awaited a promised King, God fulfilled His promise in an unexpected way, choosing a humble teenage girl to bring the Messiah into the world. This sermon highlights God’s faithfulness to His promises, the reality of Jesus as the eternal King in the line of David, and Mary’s joyful obedience as a model for our own response when God calls us. A reminder that God does the extraordinary through the ordinary and that His promises are always certain.
